Richard D. Soultanian
Richard D. Soultanian is a Co-President of NUS Consulting with primary responsibility for day-to-day business operations. He received a B.S. in Mathematics from Bucknell University in 1989 (Magna Cum Laude). Upon graduation he accepted a position as a research analyst at Salomon Brothers in New York City, specializing in the petroleum industry. Richard left Salomon Brothers to attend law school at Wake Forest University and received his Juris Doctor in 1993. He received a Master’s in Law (taxation) from New York University in 1994. Prior to joining NUS in 1998, Richard practiced law at a number of large New York law firms specializing in international finance and taxation.

Gary J. Soultanian
Gary J. Soultanian is a Co-President of NUS Consulting with primary responsibility for the development and implementation of information technology. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University in 1986 (Magna Cum Laude) and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1991. Prior to joining NUS in 1992, Gary was employed by GEC Marconi Electronic Systems as a Systems Engineer where he designed specialized radar navigation systems.

Rüdiger Kornblum
Rüdiger Kornblum is the General Manager of NUS Consulting’s German office. Rüdiger received a bank diploma from Westdeutsche Landesbank as a Foreign Exchange Clerk. In 1969, he joined NUS Consulting’s Düsseldorf office as an Account Analyst. Over his career with NUS Consulting, he has been an Account Analyst in the United Kingdom office, an Administrative Manager in the South African office and the General Manager of our Canadian operation. In 1979, Rüdiger became General Manager of the Düsseldorf office.

Arnold M. Frankel
Arnold M. Frankel is the Executive Vice President of NUS Consulting with primary responsibility for the general management of the United States operations. He received a B.B.A. in Management from Baruch College in 1980 (Magna Cum Laude) and an MBA in Business Management in 1982 from Baruch College. Prior to joining NUS in 1972, Arnold was employed by the investment banking and securities brokerage firm of J.C. Bradford.

David M. Brown
David M. Brown is a Vice President of NUS Consulting with primary responsibility in the area of client relations. His day-to-day activities include working with many of the Company’s Fortune 500 accounts coordinating efforts amongst NUS’ international offices. He received a B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University in 1982. In 1984, he joined NUS Consulting as a Consultant, thereafter establishing the company’s telecommunication department in the United States. During his career with the company, he has managed various energy and telecommunication departments including Rate and Tariff, Operational Support Services, and overall office operations.

Richard Clare
Richard Clare is the General Manager of the NUS Consulting Group’s United Kingdom operation. He holds a degree in Business Administration and is a member of the Institute of Business Consulting (awarded CMC). Richard joined NUS Consulting in 2008 after a successful 20 year career with an international energy utility where he led strategy and major acquisition programs. He also has extensive management and energy consulting experience specializing in strategic development across a broad range of industries.

Claudio Enriquez
Claudio Enriquez is the Managing Director of the NUS Consulting Group office in Italy. Claudio earned a degree in accounting and an Executive Master Course in General Management at SDA-Bocconi University in 2006. Since joining the Company in 1995, Claudio has held a variety of positions including Energy Cost Analyst, Account Manager, and Senior Consultant. In 2004, he was promoted to Group Manager with the responsibility for day-to-day operations staff management, development of new cost savings areas, and overall client relations. Claudio was promoted to Branch Manager in February 2007, and became Managing Director in September 2010.

Michelle Lamprecht
Michelle Lamprecht is the Acting General Manager of NUS Consulting Group's South African operation. She holds a degree in Marketing Communication and an Honors degree in Corporate Communication both from the Rand Afrikaans University in Johannesburg. Michelle joined NUS Consulting in 2003 and has progressed in the local South African office via increasing levels of client responsibility. Michelle was promoted to Operations Manager in 2006 and has a firm understanding of the South African energy and telecommunication markets.

Miguel Jiménez Fernández
Miguel Jiménez Fernández is the NUS Consulting Group's Operations Manager in the Iberian Peninsula. Miguel earned a degree in Telecommunications Engineering at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. After several years working in the telecommunications sector he joined NUS Consulting at its Barcelona office as a Consultant in 2002. Miguel transferred to NUS Consulting’s London office in 2003, where he had the opportunity to develop his career and acquire experience in the UK energy markets. In 2005 Miguel returned to Spain to open NUS Consulting Group’s Madrid office and develop the presence of the company in Spain and Portugal.

Gaby Goldmann
Gaby Goldmann is the General Manager of the NUS Consulting’s Paris office. Gaby has a Doctorate in Economics from the University of Pantheon Sorbonne (Paris). She also received a Juris Doctor from the University of Sceaux passing the bar exam at the University of Nanterre. Gaby joined NUS Consulting in 1978 as an Account Manager being subsequently promoted to various managerial positions within the organization. She left the company in 2005 to be an attorney at the Court in Nice for 3 years and rejoined the company in 2008 as the French office’s General Manager.

Tony Hake
Tony Hake is the General Manager of NUS Consulting’s Sydney office. Prior to joining NUS Consulting, Tony was employed by Bunge Company Ltd. and subsequently by 3M Company Ltd. In 1976, Tony joined NUS Consulting’s UK office as a consultant. He was transferred to NUS Consulting’s Toronto office in 1978 and assumed the role of General Manager in 1990. In 1998, Tony transferred into his current role as General Manager of NUS Consulting’s Australasian operations.

Robert A. Heinrich
Robert A. Heinrich is a Vice President of NUS Consulting with primary responsibility for sales. He received a B.A (Political Science) and a B. Ed. (Math) from Dalhousie University. Following a professional football career with the Montreal Alouettes, he held sales and marketing positions with Seacoast Communications and Artisan Developments. Robert joined NUS Consulting in 1994 and has held positions in sales and regional management during his tenure with the firm.

Wally Khalil
Wally Khalil is the General Manager of NUS Consulting in Canada. Wally received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama. In 1988, he joined NUS Consulting as an Account Manager in the Toronto office. In 1996, Wally left the firm to manage the sales and distribution department of Fluke Electronics. In 1998, he returned to NUS Consulting in his current role.

Allyn Rieke
Allyn Rieke is the General Manager of NUS Consulting’s Brussels office. Allyn originally joined NUS Consulting’s Düsseldorf office in 1981. In 1999, he joined EDF Trading in Germany to become Head of Marketing. Allyn later became Business Development Manager for Entergy-Koch Trading. In 2003, Allyn returned to NUS Consulting Group in his current position as General Manager of the Benelux office.

Jorma Virtanen
Jorma Virtanen is the Branch Manager of NUS Consulting’s Stockholm office. Jorma obtained an MA degree from the University of Turku (Finland) and a BA degree in Economics from the University of Stockholm. In 1987, he accepted a position with NUS Consulting as an Analyst with particular emphasis on the Finnish market. In 1993, Jorma was promoted to office Production Manager and in 1994 he was promoted into his current position.
