NUS expects the highest standards of ethical conduct in all of our endeavors. Employees shall always act ethically in every aspect of our business, including relationships, practices, sales, and operations.

Responsible Sourcing

We will exercise due diligence and implement responsible policies concerning our supply chains. NUS will review its supply chains to identify and take appropriate steps to mitigate the use of materials which originate from regions with high risks, including areas associated with conflict, child labor, forced labor and human trafficking, gross human rights violations such as widespread sexual violence, or other reasonably objective high-risk activities, including severe health and safety risks and negative environmental impacts.

Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption

NUS’s continued success depends on the trust and confidence of its clients and businesses around the globe. Accordingly, NUS is committed to conducting business in accordance with the highest ethical standards and prohibits all forms of bribery and corruption. We abide by all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations of the countries in which we operate, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), UK Bribery Act 2010 (UKBA), and applicable international anti-corruption conventions. We strictly prohibit the giving and receiving of bribes, kickbacks, illegal payments, and any other offer of items of value that may inappropriately influence or reward a client for engaging our services, whether provided directly or through a third party.

Labor and Human Rights

a. Anti-Discrimination

NUS is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals and to a diverse workforce. b. Anti-Harassment and Abuse

NUS is committed to a workplace free of harassment and abuse. We do not tolerant or will not subject employees to harsh or inhumane treatment, including but not limited to, verbal abuse and harassment, psychological harassment, mental and physical coercion, and sexual harassment.

c. Prevention of Involuntary Labor and Human Trafficking

NUS ensures that all work is voluntary. We do not traffic persons or use any form of slave, forced, bonded, indentured, or prison labor. We do not withhold employees’ original government-issued identification or travel documents. We do not impose any unreasonable restriction on movement within the workplace or upon entering or exiting company-provided facilities. Employees are not required to pay NUS or its agents’ recruitment fees or other similar fees to obtain their employment.

d. Prevention of Underage Labor

NUS will only employ individuals who are at least 18 years of age, the applicable minimum legal age for employment, or the applicable age for completion of compulsory education, whichever is the highest.

e. Safe Workplace

Employees’ health, safety, and well-being is important to us. NUS provides and maintains a safe work environment and integrate reasonable health and safety management practices into our business. Employees have the right to refuse unsafe work and report unhealthy working conditions. We obtain, keep current, and comply with all required health and safety permits.

NUS is aware that intellectual property is a valuable asset. Our intellectual property and know-how provide us a competitive advantage and is one of the reasons businesses chose to use our services. We respect the intellectual property rights of clients and third-parties.

IV. Confidential Information

We understand that the appropriate handling of information is essential to our business. Accordingly, NUS commits to handling client and third-party information in accordance with the terms and conditions defined in any non-disclosure or service agreement entered into between the parties. Moreover, NUS will manage any personal data in accordance with applicable national and local laws and regulations.
