France Natural Gas Pricing Trends | 7 June 2021

The price on the natural gas market remained stable throughout last week. The recovery of stocks is proceeding apace. To date, the storage has hit 36% of its capacity. The average weekly price dropped from 21.02 €/MWh to 20.75 €/MWh for CAL 2022 and from 18.02 €/MWh to 17.86 €/MWh for CAL 2023.

France Oil Pricing Trends | 7 June 2021

The price of Brent has ballooned in recent days following an OPEC+ decision not to raise oil production in the upcoming weeks. Moreover, the bogging down of Iran-US talks and improving US employment figures have also been drivers of oil price growth. The average weekly price of Brent thus increased from 56.37 €/bbl to 58.15 €/bbl.
