Electricity prices rose again by 5%. As recently, they followed the development of gas and CO2 prices massively.

Another sharp rise in gas prices by over 5% in the front year 2022. Russian gas deliveries were significantly reduced and maintenance work on Norwegian gas systems was the reason for this.

The CO2 prices continued to rise sharply. Strong gas prices and low auctions were the trigger.
German Oil Pricing | 10 September 2021
Oil prices were quite stable in week 35 and were at a constant level. The North Sea variety Brent remained at USD 72.20 / bbl at the end of this reporting week.
German Coal Pricing | 10 September 2021
Coal prices saw a significant increase in the past week. The API2 CIF ARA 2022 stood at $ 121.90 / t (+ 8.19%) on 09.09.2021.
