German Electricity Pricing | 14 June 2022
Electricity prices fell significantly. The reason was a lot of wind, which led to lower spot prices for electricity. The forward prices for the fossil fuels coal, gas and CO2 certificates also came under pressure. In a weekly comparison, the Cal23 stood at 225,28 €/MWh (-9,34%).

Gas prices also fell. Due to the high gas imports including LNG deliveries for the current season, the European gas storage facilities are filling up quite quickly, Cal23 at 86,000 €/MWh (-5,99%).
German CO2 Pricing | 14 June 2022
CO2 prices have also fallen over the past week - the lead contract Dec.22, however, remained above the market at 80 €/t. It closed on June 10, 2022 at 81,87 €/t (-5,76%).
German Oil Pricing | 14 June 2022
Oil prices have risen slightly and are among the winners in the past week, Brent on 06/10/2022 at 121,80 USD/bbl (+0,45%).
German Coal Pricing | 14 June 2022
Coal prices fell significantly. Seasonal demand is at an all-time low and ARA coal storage is being rapidly filled by high imports, API2 CIF ARA 2023 at 213,43 $/t (-6,58%).
