German Electricity Pricing | 8 June 2022
Electricity prices have risen again. This is partly due to the increased prices for gas and CO2, Cal23 at 248,50 €/MWh (+7,06%).
German Natural Gas Pricing | 8 June 2022
Market prices for gas have also risen in the past week, because slight declines in gas deliveries from Russia to Central Europe have been the trigger. In the meantime, Cal23 at 91,476 €/MWh (+3,45%).
German CO2 Pricing | 8 June 2022
CO2 prices have risen. The reason for this was the illiquid market situation resulting from the public holidays in Great Britain. The trading volume was therefore significantly lower than in the previous week, the Dec. 2022 contract closed on June 3, 2022 at 86,87 €/t (+3,17%).
German Oil Pricing | 8 June 2022
Oil prices rose only moderately after strong gains in the previous weeks. The news situation was very bullish overall and was characterized by the planned EU oil embargo, falling inventories in the USA and the return of the Chinese economy from lockdowns, Brent on June 3, 2022 at 121,26 USD/bbl (+4,99%).
German Coal Pricing | 8 June 2022
Coal prices have risen by over 2% in the past week. After the official import ban on Russian coal that came into force on August 10, the supply mix of EU importers will now have to be replaced from other countries of origin. The API2 CIF ARA 2023 at 228,47 $/t (+2,60%).
