Saved โ‚ฌ1,800,000 / โ‚ฌ19,000,000 Energy Spend Managed

NUS delivered energy procurement, decarbonisation support, and over โ‚ฌ1.8M in savings for a multinational printing consumables supplier. Learn how our strategy drove results.

NUS partnered with a leading printing consumables supplier in 2022 to deliver prompt procurement and RFP tendering for electricity and natural gas due to upcoming contract expiry. NUS successfully onboarded 86 utility accounts across seven European countries and the UK within the first four months of the service agreement commencement.

In 2023, the service scope expanded to include North America, where 46 additional utility accounts were onboarded within five months of service commencement. The European and UK Portfolio was transitioned to Flexible contracts, supported by an aggressive risk-management purchasing strategy in which the majority of the volume was placed on day-ahead markets to track the price movements, delivering a 50% benefit during 2023/2024.
